What Areas Do You Serve?Jefferson Home Services specializes in commercial and residential, interior/exterior professional window cleaning, soft washing, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing services in Houston and surrounding areas (Katy, Cypress, Fulshear, Cinco Ranch, Sugar Land, Missouri City, The Woodlands, Memorial, Bellaire, etc.) We have over 14 years combined experience in window cleaning and customer service. Our technicians are professionally trained, fully insured and bonded. If your property is outside of these areas it does not limit the opportunity to hire our service. Areas outside the 50 mile radius of Houston will require $50-75 trip charge based on distance & time of commute. We look forward to going the extra mile for your property and earning your business! Do use chemicals for any of your services?Great Question, We are a chemical free company. We stick to natural and original remedies to help maintain your property!

Do you move furniture if needed?For liability reasons, employee safety, your safety and that of your belongings, we ask that all furniture be moved out of work areas before we arrive. We can cover up furniture, valuables, plants, etc., with plastic. In those cases where we must move furniture, it is done with the complete understanding that Jefferson Home Services is not liable/responsible for any damages. We will not under any circumstances move anything over 100 lbs.

What happens if it rains?Great question, we do our best to work through the circumstances. However if you feel you would like to take a rain check on your appointment, we offer flexible scheduling and will get you taken care of no matter what. On the other hand if it rains within 14-24 hours of our service we have rain-day guarantee. We will come back out and do any touch-ups if necessary.

What does your window cleaning service come with?Our five-step method reassures that every pane on the interior & exterior gets cleaned TWICE! We also provide a complimentary wipe to the sills, frames, and clean screens all in one!

Do I need an appointment for an on-site estimate?No, in most cases our on-site estimators can inspect and measure everything they need from the outside of the home or business. We just ask that gates be unlocked, pets be inside, and that we have permission to be on the property. Your complete estimate can be left on-site or emailed depending on your preference

May I Request a Specific Time?Absolutely! Our first appointment can be as early as 8AM and our last appointment being 5PM. Our schedule is largely determined by the size and location of the jobs on that specific day. When scheduling, your appointment will be prioritized in a fashion to reassure our crews arrive on time & make sure everything goes efficiently! Prior to our crew arriving to your property, we will always give you a courtesy call/text to confirm our ETA and answer any last minute questions you may have. We are open Monday- Saturday!

If my neighbor and I schedule a service for the same day, can we get a discount?Yes! If you & a neighbor would like to schedule together we will add 10 PANES cleaned for free EACH! Scheduled service has to be booked for the same day in order to receive the discount if the schedule allows!

How often should I clean my windows?Another Great Question! Most home owners will clean their windows on avg every 4-6 months! Having the interior glass cleaned every time is not always necessary unless you have a lot of pets or little ones touching the windows :)

How do you accept payment?Preferably check. Credit card or cash are also acceptable forms of payment, and we accept most major credit cards. Invoice/Receipt will be sent to you via email after service.

We have instituted … Safety measures: All technicians wear masks, gloves and feet protectors and work as a consistent two-person team to minimize contact with others. Social distancing: We honor all recommended social distancing protocol. Contactless service: We can work exclusively outside and schedule a return visit for any inside work. Your final walk-through can be completed while technicians are in their vehicle, with any issues addressed immediately. Remote procedures: Estimating, scheduling and payment can all be handled remotely.
